Looking for a Job in a Telemarketing?

OK, so im 17 about to turn 18 in a week. I currently work at target, and now im looking for a better job. I want to work in telemarketing. Only thing is I dont know where to start, i currently live in Carrollton Texas and was wondering if some of you guys could give me some names of telemarketing companies that hire around my age, and any guidelines about the job.

I would go on craigslist and search for telemarketing jobs and/or appointment setting jobs. There are tons of industries that need telemarketers, including Direct Mail/Direct Marketing companies, insurance companies, etc. I live in Ft. Worth and I'm an appointment setter for a small direct mail company, its a tough job but I love it (most days!) Good luck
