  1. You're not going to get anything decent for 100$. Take a look at SVS subs, Paradigm PW Series and Seismic Series or Sunfire True Subwoofer Signature.

  2. You want a subwoofer for 100 bucks?

    Good luck with that.

If you want a GOOD sub, you better add another zero to that figure, or close to it.

  3. There are no good subs for under $100. Kick it up to $250 and you can get a BIC H-100 which is a fairly decent entry level sub. Note that I said entry level. Good subs go from $500-$5000 and up. I'm using an H-100 in a small room and it shakes the room pretty good for what it is. As someone told me, the H-100 gives you just enough bass to know you want more, lol.

You can find a Sony sub for $100 but it can't really be called a sub-woofer since it won't go to sub-bass frequencies. It is really a powered woofer and a piece of junk.

  4. You may not need to add another 0 to that, but you'll need more than $100.

Go for a 15" Klipsh downfiring subwoofer.  I have one and I have yet to turn its gain to full, and I have it in a large room.
