Looking for a Whistle?

Question

I'm looking for a whistle that sounds like when you put your fingers in your mouth. I don't want a referee's whistle, I want a whistle that makes a loud "TWEET' sound. Anybody?

When I was a lifeguard we used the Sliminline Tornado whistles. If you covered half of the whole you got a different pitch so it was kind of like two whistles in one. They're fairly inexpensive plus you can get what ever color you want. (Website attached below)
