Looking for a bat house pattern to be used in eastern ky, certain bat require them to be built a certain way?

this is for a scout project, universty professors, are not easy to find this time of year to answer these types of questions

If you want to attract a particular species in your area, I'd suggest searching for the species name and "bat house" in google to see if there are specific needs of that species.

--- I placed a link/url for a site, "Scott's Bat House Page",  at which you will find plans for several different bat houses as well as where you can buy them pre-made. They are all approved by Bat Conservation International so they should work.
