  1. i personally like to go to Barrie. Love the beach there :)

  2. Wasaga or Sauble beach.

  3. Cobourg Beach (East of Toronto, really nice there).

Light-Moderately packed considering not many people know about this beach. Expect a "small-town" environment.

Look it up, I was here last summer and it was fantastic :)

  4. Sauble Beach

  5. Port Stanley, on Lake Erie.  It does get rather crowded, but there is also a small beach that is usually less full.  there's an amazing ice cream parlor along the way, as well as an amazing fry restaurant on the main beach.

If you want to go there from the GTA, go west on the 401 towards London.  When you enter London, there are 4 exits, Veterans' Memorial (or Airport Road), Highbury Road, Wellington Road, and Colonel Talbot Road (or Hwy 4).  You want Hwy 4.  Go left off the 401, and basically follow the road.  You'll reach St. Thomas, where when entering, on a hill, you'll see a statue of an elephant, go right at the fork.  (If you want to see the elephant, you'll come up to a stop light, go left up a hill to see the elephant, continue straight to get to the beach)

The ice cream parlour will be on the left of this road, right after a bingo hall.

The beach is at the end of the street.  If you go straight towards the water and follow along to the left you'll hit the small beach that isn't as used.  It doesn't have the fry restaurant though.  The main beach is to the left, just follow the signs.

Have fun no matter what and HAPPY CANADA DAY!!
