Looking for a beginner kayak for 5'11" 190lbs. Easy to learn and roll on?

I just completed a NOLS month long whitewater canoe trip. I have minimal experience in whitewater kayak and am looking for a used boat that will be easy to learn on. I am looking for a playboat but if there is something easier to learn on I would consider it.

Use a 'buyer's guide'. Search 'kayak manufacturers'. Join a local boating group. Many dealers offer 'tryout days' in the Spring. Inquire, American Canoe Association for a local group.
