Looking for a butler to serve champagne in Central Park?

Going to propose in Central Park and I'd like to have somebody there to serve champagne if/when she says yes. Can't seem to find much information on this (I'm not from New York). Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction?

hello - i agree with orlando, however, if you have an amex card, call their concierge service and ask them if thy can help.  Or if you are staying at a nice hotel call them in advance, let them know your idea, and see what they suggest.  good luck.  hope she says yes.

Why not just pour it yourself?  Having someone else there after you've just proposed sounds silly.  It's a time when just the two of you should be together, you two should spend time thinking about the commitment toone another that you've just made.
