Looking for a certain dessert?

I was at a restarant once, and I saw a dessert that had a warm chocolate chip cookie topped with vanilla ice cream. Only problem is I can't remember what restarant had that on the menu. I've already looked at the webpages for multiple restarants, and couldn't find it. Could someone point me in the right direction?

I had this same dessert at BJ's Restaurant Brewhouse and it's called a Pizookie.  Yum!  I hope this helps!  By the way, tell your server it's your birthday and it's free!
