Looking for a cheap restaurant/cafe nr London Zoo, regents park tube area - any suggestions?

A large group of us are looking for somewhere to eat near London Zoo, perferably between there and Regent's park tube (or nearby). Looking for somewhere cheap, canteen-ish, ideally with a chelsea-kitchen kind of feel - I know that's probably a tall order; very grateful for any suggestions!

mac donnalds near warren street tube station is the best you will find, or a kebab if you go swiss cottage way

The entrance to London Zoo is at the top end of Regents Park and a very long walk from Regents Park Tube....Camden is v. close...and there are a few nice places there.

There is an incredible Chinese retaurant on a boat on the Regents Canal....about 5 minutes walk from the entrance...heading towards St Johns Wood.
