DO NOT GO TO All the Wild Things!!! Every Bird Owner I have known who has made the mistake of going to Dr. Breitweiser has ended up with a dead bird.  I have yet to hear a positive thing about her.

Usually any vet even a certivied avian specialist will cost a bit especially if its your first bird check up. Normally Bird exams run around $100 more or less depending on type of bird, the etsts run and so on and so forth but for a first bird health exam they can reach upwards of $300 possibly more. I believe that the only vet in the Indianapolis area is Dr. Lennox though. All the others are in surrounding cities.

The only good vet in this general area I Dr. Angle in Florance, KY. I don't have a number. He is the only guy that I know that is good.

You should never put the word cheap and vet in the same sentence.
