  1. I don't believe that a commercial version exists. Most Office Buildings, Town homes, Apartments, etc have downspouts that are connected to underground drain pipes. This is something that you can easily do yourself. The materials can be found at a Home Depot or Lowe's. If you are lucky, you will find an employee there that is knowledgeable on the subject.


  2. Google 'RainGuard"

  3. As long as you have good drainage & not rain  water gets into your building, then I suggest that you place a fair sized flat rock under your drainpipe and let nature take it's course. The stone will let the water disperse without digging a hole in your lawn.

    If you must have water draining further from your building, then underground drainage pipes are your best bet.
