Looking for a consultant and business partner in USA?

I am from Japan and trying to register a small business and wants to open a shwo room for Japanese items such as apparels , jewelry, handicrafts , arts etc. But I want to know all process to register a company and start the business. Therefore I am looking for a consultant in USA. If anybody has any information please let me know. I will contact him and start to proceed the process. Thank you
