Looking for a counter to Demise, King of Armageddon?

Question

I have a friend whos is now running a Demise, King of Armageddon deck, mixed with insects, and My Ocean deck has never had a probablem till now. I run a Leveia Dragon Deck. I have managed to make it last this long but this Demise King is giving me probablems, in traditional rules with Banned cards, I can't find a way to stop it, his deck is too fast. I have Manged to slow him down by Monster Reborning one of his Demise Kings but at the time i had already taken the 5200 from this deck when i stole Demise. I have tryed Raigeki, and Destroyion Jammer but they haven't been any real help. it seems like all i got is Snatch steal and Monster reborn and i only use those after i take major damage. so I need any suggestions how how to counter this deck? How does your Deck fair agaisnt a Demise deck? what cards would you use? or do you use in your deck?

singular cards which could be used to stop it are divine wrath, destruction jammer, solemn judgment, bottomless trap hole (although your opponent could still use the effect destroying everything else), prime material dragon, prohibition (stops them playing it in the first place)

Off the top of my head i could think of lockdown and skill drain

Lockdown:

This deck uses the gadgets as tribute Fodders And cards like Vanitys Fiend, Vanitys Ruler and Fossil Dyna Pachecephelo To Stop the Opponent From Special Summoning So they Cant Get Demise King.(This Deck is Better)

Skill Drain:

This Deck uses Very High Atk Level 4 Monsters and cards like Like Skill Drain and final attack Order To stop their Beatstick from going to defence (Goblin Attack Force, Giant orc, Goblin Elite Attack Force.) or so they Dont Draw Cards (Chainsaw Insect.) This Combats Demise Becuase the Card skill Drain Negates All Monsters effects so Just Flip Skill Drain So your opponent Pays the life points But dosent Get the Effect.
