Have you looked at the Magbinisaya Kita Primer 1?

I've read and recommended this book to my friends who want to learn Cebuano. It is indeed a good way to start learning Cebuano. There are a lot of free resources out there too for Cebuano Learning. Take a look below for some resources that I frequent.
