  1. You could buy a Flat drill bit 32mm across or a larger size if you can get one, as long as it is under 50mm (2"), and an extension insert for the end of the flat bit to go into, this can extend the drill.  The insert is attached into the drill chuck by two Allen Headed Grub Screws, then use it on a low speed setting, through the slots in your grill.  To lengthen this even more, you'l need a pipe Diameter 5/8" (14mm) with a good strong wall thickness, at whatever length you require, hacksaw a slot in one end, deep enough to house a flat piece of steel (2" wide), hard enough to cope  with the job it has to do.  Once you have mulched it all up, it should come out a lot easier, beware of pieces of steel or money, that have dropped down there, they can throw up into your face, use eye-protection or a clear face mask for safety. 2. My experience was to use garden hose and water pressure to loosen and float to the top whatever is in there. I had mine filled with apples and sticks by some kids. Took 3 days to go 60 foot down with out getting anymore debri.
