Looking for a digital camera (more than 6MP) with no video support for under $400?

I'm looking for a digital camera that should not have video capture support in it, may be point and shoot or DSLR.

Pretty much every P&S has video capability these days. The best you can do with a P&S is simply not use the video mode.

On the flip side, no DSLR has video mode. Therefore you could get any DSLR and not have video mode. The problem is that they pretty much all cost more than $400. The only one that you may be able to find for less than that is the Canon Rebel XT. I've heard of people lucking out and finding them for $300 now that the XS is out.
