Looking for a free program to set keyboard keys to the mouse.?

I am trying to change what the mouse does when you click right click or wheel mouse. I want a program tha takes the wheel button click tab from the keyboard and the right click to press ctrl+s.

your mouse software should have the ability to let you change the function of the buttons.  Go to Control Panel > Mouse and you should be able to change what your right click, etc do.  I know mine will allow me to change my right click to a "keystroke" (which I can set to be ctrl-s if I want to).

Beware though, this changes it for all programs so if you set right click to do a keystroke (like ctrl-s), it will always be that way and you'll lose the functionality of a lot of programs that depend on the ability of the user to right click to see menu options, etc.
