These are some colors im considering using for an accent wall with crown and floor molding that maybe a diamond or square pattern, like a painted tile pattern with a light "grout" plus 3 "plain" walls with crown and floor molding that are maybe a darker color

(going counter clockways)

Wall 1:

14ft wide

8' tall with 3"crown molding and 3" floor trim included

has a door twards the right

Wall 2

11ft wide

8' tall with 3"crown molding and 3" floor trim included

has a good sized but not picture window in the middle

Wall 3:

14ft wide

8' tall with 3"crown molding and 3" floor trim included

Wall 4:

11ft wide

8' tall with 3"crown molding and 3" floor trim included

Has 2 inset closets set together to the right

Please send me ideas for patterns, i'd really love it if you would draw it out or send me a link to your idea

  1. In my downstairs bathroom I did wainscotting with the bottom half painted in faux stone block pattern and the top half painted in a silver metallic.  The ceiling was an analgyptic paper which had a stamped tin ceiling pattern, painted silver and black.  The effect was quite funky.
