Looking for a garage playset for 5 yr old. Please Help!!?

I have looked everywhere for a really cool garage playset for my son's birthday. He has a ton of Hot Wheel cars and I think he would love a garage. However, everything I have found so far hasn't really impressed me any. I'd like it to have sounds and stuff. Just a really cool set. If anyone has any idea where I could get a really awesome one....i'd love the link....i'm desperate for help.!!
