Looking for a good Plasma screen about 50"?

Question

I'm looking for a new television, something below $2,000 USD.

Plasma preferably as it is cheaper at the larger sizes (and I'm told that with a screen over 40" plasma is better value), and also because of it's better contrast.

Anyway, what are some recommendations of a TV to buy?

panasonics are extremely cheap, but still  provide great picture and quality

Don't stop at 50" mate, Panasonic have a 104" Plasma RRP £42000!

When it comes down to plasma TV sets, the best bang for the buck is the PANASONIC line of plasmas....

They're a large company with good designs, high reliability and excellent service network.

You need all 3 and Panasonic provides it, wherever you live....
