Looking for a good Saturday night out in Edinburgh?

Me and a group of friends(all in our 20's) are looking for pubs/bars in Edinburgh city center. Want somewhere with a good atmosphere and is not too expensive ie don't mind paying about £8 for house white . Any suggestions as i don't really know the Edinburgh area ? thanks in advance !

Ok the Omni centre is probably best to head there, there is a lloyds bar which is extremely cheap and serves food ( i know some dont play music but this one does ) also there is a walkabout in the omni centre which is the same as the one in glasgow apart from a bit smaller. The omni centre is a large glass building in the centre of town situated behind st james centre (u cant miss it)
