Smokey bones is hands down my favorite place to get baby back ribs.

Smokey Bones may be out of business - all of the ones we've seen in AL are anyway. Surprisingly O'Charleys has decent ribs. You may laugh, and it depends on where you are, but in the deep South many small privately owned convenience stores have someone who makes ribs there. Those are usually the best!
