Looking for a good recipee for fried zuccinni?

must be for a charcoal grill and not in oven or frying pan.

You fry in oil - oil needs to be in a pan.  You can't fry on a grill - even in a pan - there isn't enough constant heat to do so.

You can cut the zucchini, brush it with EVOO, and season it with salt/pepper, and grill it, or you can steam it in a foil packet - but you can't fry on a charcoal grill - sorry.

Well you dont give me alot to work with here being that you want to grill it, but you could probably use the same recipe that calls for baking it in the oven, just wrap it up in tinfoil instead.

Diced zuccinni

Pizza sauce

Mozerella Cheese

Garlic

Salt/Pepper

Mix er all together, slap er on the grill and let it sizzle.

You're asking for grilled zuchinni. Just brush with a little olive oil, salt & pepper and grill for a few minutes on each side.
