  1. Hey when I make casseroles I just use up any type of veggie that I have in my fridge, when I measure out my pasta, I just take a bowl that your going to eat out of and fill it half way with raw pasta for each serving your expecting. Cook your pasta and place in baking dish, drain your tuna and add, open a can of mushroom soup, mix in your veggies, and add soup until desired consistancy. Add cheese to the top and bake for 10 minutes or so at 350 until the cheese is melted. Add any type of spices you wish, Id use garlic salt, seasoning salt, cajun, or just plain salt and pepper, but make sure you use seasonings because canned tuna needs seasoning. Hope you enjoy your dinner!

  2. If you're in a hurry, its a no-fail to go to a soup's website - i.e. campbell's or kraft foods. Otherwise, you can usually put it in a search engine and find tons.

Um? Here are two sites I like. http://www.recipezaar.com/ -- you can go here, type in the recipe you want, then modify it by what recipes you have, or want to put into it. Also, this one -- http://www.recipematcher.com -- let's you put in a list of ingredients you have, and suggests recipes for you.

A general rule, casseroles - need a sort of binder (i.e. eggs, or cream of ___ soup), you put them in the oven at 350 for about 20-45 minutes - 20 to 30 minutes to heat it through, 45 if you add eggs to it.

Pasta, veggies, and cheese - and meat of choice if you want. That's all you really need for a casserole. Like, egg noodles, peas, cheddar, and tuna. Put whatever seasonings you, yourself like. As for servings, a glass baking dish generally dishes out about 10 servings, give or take, depending on its size. Lastly, when you do use soup, you don't have to make it like you're making soup by adding water or milk.

    Here's a recipe from a site, if you'd like an exact recipe :) :
