in the city of Long Beach,California,for my daughters sweet 15, all so were they could let me bring my own drinks to give out to me guest so they wont have to pay for there drinks like sodas & cocktails drinks,thanks for your responds

help to know what the heck you mean by a hall?  pool hall?  beer hall?  party hall?  game hall?  skate hall?
