Looking for a headset that takes calls and plays music from a landline?

I’m looking for a way to listen to music from my computer (or Ipod) and take phone calls from a landline. I found headset for cell phones but not for landlines any suggestion?

Jaba did a blue-tooth headset some time ago they came with a box of tricks that plugged into the rj45 of a phone, it was neat too, as being blue-tooth you could also pair it to a mobile phone, I am not sure if an Ipod had blue-tooth though.
