I'm not trying to lose weight or anything because I'm happy as I am. I just wanna eat better because I snack on junk stuff alot and sometimes miss meals because I'm busy doing stuff. I'm a healthy weight but feel my tighs are a little bit too wobbly and my tummy could do with toning up. I'm 17 so it will need to fit in with going to college and weekend work. I'm looking for a food diet and exercise. Any help?

Firstly, boost your fruit and veg intake - aim for 8 portions a day. Fruit and veg are full of vitamins, antioxidants and fibre, all of which will make you look and feel radiant.

Secondly, eat carbs. I'm talking about GOOD carbs, like pasta and couscous, which provide long lasting energy because of their low-GI.

Go for it! Take light exercise to tone your tummy and thighs. Try cardio such as rowing or running. Do it with friends; it's always more fun.
