You can get a room for four at the Hotel St. Andre des Artes at 66 rue Hotel St. Andre des Artes  in the 6th arr. for 119 euros, breakfast included and ensuite bath and wc.

Its a great little hotel, very well located, friendly staff, and very Parisan.

It is however, NOT the Holiday Inn. No elevator, no minbars, no room service, no ice machines, and no TV.
