Looking for a inexpensive 40caliber under 400 new,I've seen Taurus Millinium Pro and Kahr CWs ..any others?

I've got a Taurus Mil-Pro in 9 and do like it so the .40 Mil-Pro would probably get my vote

a .40 is not on my list so I really haven't looked but some of the European guns are pretty good and might come in under $400

The KelTec would come in under $400 and some people really like them - I had one of their 9's that I sold to buy my Mil-Pro

The KelTec was a pretty good gun but just didn't do it for me - a little rough around the edges

check out the kel-tec line of guns. They are tough as nails, cheep and great shooting.   Made in USA also
