you should contact the governing body for cruises and travel in your country like abta, atol or passenger shipping association in the UK

or visit your local citizens advice bureau

You must have been on the Dream with us when it rammed the runaway barge in Montevideo and spent 4 days in that ugly little city. I'm not thrilled with the offer made to us but the only ones that ever really make money ARE the lawyers. Let me know if you have a case.

Call any lawyer and if they don't specialize in that, they will refer you to who that can help you.
