for 2008 for me my boyfriend and our 2 friends, we're all 22-24 years old and want a hotel thats lively and in a lively area.

  3. I think any of the Palace Resorts, Excellence, Secrets, Paradisus and Iberostar Resorts fit the bill for what you are looking for. They are all lively and your age group frequent these resorts. Check out the Maya Riviera too.

  5. For you age group either the RIu Cancun or Riu Palace Las Americas,  both located w/in walking distance to the major nightlife, shopping, restaurants, etc...  Secrets is located in Riviera Maya and rather remote.  The Palace resorts in Cancun are overpriced and in need of rennovations.
