I know this sounds a little off the wall, but you can often find a complete rig, boat and motor, less expensively than the parts your looking for just watch the boat trader type magazines.

Yeah, those can be tough, but I would start at www.outboardsalvage.net, they should be able to give you a pretty good idea as to the availability of those parts.  They are in Fla, but have a line on a lot of parts from all over. Good luck
