Looking for a map of fur-trade times North America?

Question

I'm looking for a map(s) that points out fur trade routes of people like Champlain, La Salle, Cartier, Cabot etc. and also labels places like Acadia, Thirteen colonies, Ruperts land, old Louisiana, Upper Canada, Lower Canada.

Or if someone could just roughly tell me where those places are it would be appreciated.
