Looking for a massage school. Would any massage therapist like to name their favorite?

Question

I want to learn therapeutic massage, as well as Reiki and Reflexology.

I already have a massage table and a massage chair, and I practice on my boyfriend and my co-workers. I'm ready for more. I really want to find a way to make a career out of it, and earn more money.

However, I can't seem to find any schools that teach all of what I want to learn.

If you are a massage therapist- what school(s) did you go to?

Would you recommend them?

Also, if I go to a community College, will that be accepted by a lot of businesses? Will I be able to work in a chiropractor's office or in a spa with a degree from a community college?

Kripalu School of Massage in Western Massachusetts. I graduated from there several months ago and I would recommend it to anyone. Reiki is not a part of the program but it is offered at Kripalu. Reflexology is part of the program but you will not be a certified reflexologist. A program offering all of those things is hard to find. You can find out more at www.kripalu.org.

what state are u in?????  that is the big question!    I teach Massage therapy in Michigan, my school is called N-Touch Therapeutic Massage School.....website if u are interested is www.ntouchmassage.com

You would be able to work in a chiropratic office if you went to a community college, I have found though that they do not really teach very good deep tissue massage, as I own a spa and have had many applicants!
