Looking for a masters degree in International Human Rights Law (or something similar) in a top US university?

I cant for the life of me work out how US university websites work, UK ones are soo simple

I am a British student

and love the IHRL course at Oxford but its only part time

and I would like a full time postgrad course...

is there a website that would give me a list of US universities i can look at?
