  1. Unless you're end state renal failure, you can't have medicare under 65, or medigap.

If you're looking for a good indemnity plan, you're best off shopping through a local agent, but if you're close to 65, you're not going to find one.

  2. For ESRD contact Medicare directly, they have a special needs plan for persons who otherwise do not qualify. If you have had a successful transplant and no longer require dialysis, then there are lots of Medicare Advantage plans to choose from in FL for people on Medicare and under 65. Humana, BCBS, Coventry, United Healthcare, etc. Best wishes.

  3. If you are on Medicare (the only way you can get a medigap policy) there are limited companies that provide these.  If you are just looking for a hospitial indemnity policy, many companies offer these.  Contact your state insurance department and they should be able to tell you which companies offer Medigap coverage for under 65 and a local agent should be able to help if you are not on Medicare, with a hospital indemnity policy.
