Looking for a nice lounge in Queens..?

Question

My coworkers and I are looking for a nice place where we can take advantage of happy hour and have a few drinks and hors d'ouevres or dinner in Queens. Unfortunately, because of everyone's particular requests its been difficult to find a place that can suit everyone's needs. These are the 2 necessities:

1. A place where one of our coworkers that is only 20 can enjoy dinner (no drinking), and won't be asked to leave.

2. A place that has a dance floor (semi-important).

All suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
