Looking for a parrotlet breeder in Ohio?

I want to buy a hand raised baby parrotlet,I'm located across the river from Wheeling Wv. and just down the road from Steubenville Oh.I will travel to get it within 100 miles.I want a baby that is ready to join a family,not one that needs to adjust to people.
