Hi yen I am sure you have done your research but the hand made jewellery market is very flooded there are lots of people out there making some amazing stuff and I am sure business rates are very high in london, I wish you all the best just remember you can never do enough research.

Its true all the streets are paved with gold and London really is the promise land lol. Just go ask all the down and outs tying to sleep in shop doorways in the freezing cold. And yes the pavement they are sleeping on is paved with solid gold lol
