Looking for a person's telephone #?help!?

I am looking for a person's telephone number that I misplaced but I can't seem to find it over the internet.I have been looking with the people finder websites but they all have a fee.Some of them give me the address but not the phone #.I'm pretty sure the # is not unlisted.Does anyone know some FREE websites where I can find the telephone #.I need it asap.Thank you!

You can try:  www.switchboard.com          It has helped me plenty of times.
