Looking for a picture and instructions for a wedding fountain cake in which the fountain flows all the way?

The fountain cake was seen by my fiance in Minnesota at a bakery several years ago. The fountain was actually all the way throught the middle of the cake. The only fountain cake I can find is the one with a little water fountain underneath the bottom cake layer not all the way through each layer. Help need one for our wedding reception next year.
