Are you talking about that late 1970s vintage "Alive" pinball made by Brunswick and sold by Sears?

"Working lights and sounds" tells me that you're implying that the game itself doesn't work, but it lights up and sounds OK.

If you find a collector that's just "gotta have it" you could probably get a couple hundred dollars for it.  Otherwise...good luck.  Try eBay or Craigslist.
