Looking for a rainy wet place to live in?

i want to move to a wet and rainy place without a lot of sun and hopefully not a lot of snow in the winter, and also the temperature cant be too hot. somewhere in canada or united states would be nice. and i dont want to live in seattle or missoula or forks.

Look for a rain forest.

Everett, WA. It gets more rain than seattle and more snow too, but just enough to be cool and then melt away. Cost of living is lower too.
