Looking for a really nice place in Brisbane to have a meal...somewhere I could buy vouchers for over the net!?

I'm in UK but want to buy some vouchers for a meal for someone who is holidaying there...vouchers that I can pay for and they can print out or something like that!!! Thanks x

I'm not familiar with any Brisbane restaurant that enables you to purchase dinner vouchers on-line.

Similarly, most independent restaurants do not have the credit card facility necessary to accept payment by quoting a credit card number by phone, unless they are attached to a large hotel.

In that case, your best bet would be to line up a buffet or set-menu style dinner at one of the larger hotels in Brisbane and pay for it by credit card in advance.

I can highly recommend the Sofitel in Brisbane where a sumptuous dinner buffet or smorgasbord is on offer.

If you know of someone who has an Entertainment Book, it's a book full of vouchers mostly dining, 2-4-1s mostly and 30%off and it has got nearly most restaurants in Brisbane, from a nice 5star hotel dinner to Dominos!

Otherwise go to Oxford Street in Bulimba, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants along the street, lots of choices great variety!!

I've never been to a "really nice" place that has vouchers or anything of the sort.  Sorry.  You can probably get some outback steakhouse coupons on their website or something.
