  1. I like the flavored pasta from catelli (Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Spaghettini  or Lemon Pepper Linguine) they are delicious with a mushroom tomato sauce.

I sometime serve them with grilled chicken

  2. I made this one and it was AWESOME!!!! I loved it and will make it again and again for company for sure! try it

I would use more mushrooms next time and I just used regular spaghetti noodles

  3. I love this... it's just my own recipe.

Penne pasta, cooked or grilled chicken breast cut into small cubes. Cook the penne, drain set aside. Saute cooked chicken breast with green and red peppers and onions in olive oil. Once tender add a can of mexican corn and stir. Add to penne and stir in a can of fat free chicken broth (warmed) (how much you need depends on how much pasta you cooked) Serve warm or cold.

  4. Two different dishes you can try. A Seafood pasta which is easy. Just boil fettucine noodles, in a saucepan, throw in whatever seafood you want, add onions, salt, oil, pepper, and a lot of cilantro, some chili pepper and let those soak in the oil for a bit. Add mushrooms just before the seafood is cooked and when the seafood is done, add butter, heavy cream, and regular milk to make a sauce. It will be VERY runny. You will need to get a glass, put a teaspoon of cornstarch and about 1/3 cup water and mix it up till it dissolves the cornstarch, then pour it in. If the sauce is still too runny, add a little more cornstarch. Season and taste to your liking.

The other one is really simple. Make your pasta, reserve one cup of pasta water and drain the remainder. Add olive oil to your pasta and mix it around, keep mixing and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Let this sit on a cold burnner and on your hot burner, put a pan with a little oil. Get some basil and cut it into thin strips. Get some sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese. Put the basil and the sun dried tomatoes in the pan, then when it's nice and toasty (you should let them burn ever so slightly) add the pasta. By this time it might be a little dry so add a little of that reserved pasta water. Get the food really super hot and then add bits of the goat cheese on top and serve immediately while piping hot.

  5. Vegetable lasgana, side salad and a good crusty Italian bread.

  6. My favorite pasta dish is chicken spaghetti.  Here is the recipe:

4 boneless skinless chicken b*****s, cooked and torn into bite size pieces.- save broth to boil noodles

    1 pkg of spaghetti noodles

1 lb. velveeta cut into bite size pieces

    1 can ro-tel tomatoes

2 cans cream of chicken soup

Cook noodles in chicken broth according to package, drain.

In large bowl, mix cheese, soups and ro-tel, cook in microwave until cheese is melted.  Toss in chicken and pasta.  Stir until evenly mixed.  Pour into prepared 13X9 baking dish.  Sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.  Serve with favorite salad and garlic toast.
