  1. I do this all the time! Follow ingrediants on back of cake mix and then add instant pudding mix and I also use applesauce to make it moist or cut up a apple. Can make bundt cake or cupcakes!!! YUMMY!!!! I made cupcakes today and added applesauce

  2. I've made this for years and we refer to it as "Everybody's Favorite Cake" because everybody loves it.

    Coffee Cake Marvel

    1 pkg. yellow cake mix

    ¾ c. oil

    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

    ¾ c. water

    4 eggs

    1 t. vanilla

    1 t. imitation butter flavoring

Mix first four ingredients, then add eggs, one at a time.  Beat 6 minutes on high speed.  During last few minutes add flavorings.  In a well-greased and floured pan, alternate layers of cake batter and sugar mixture.  Bake in a Bundt pan 40-50 minutes at 350°.  Let stand for 8 minutes then remove and glaze when warm.

    Glaze:

    1 c. powdered sugar

    1 T. milk

    ½ t. vanilla

    ½ t. butter flavoring

  3. This is a good recipe, and there are others on the site. They have a search engine to find recipes by ingredient. You don't have to use orange juice if you don't like it-just use water or another kind of juice. I thinks it's the pudding that makes it extra moist, not the juice! You could mix any flavors you like!

  4. Creamsickle Cake

1 package orange supreme cake mix

    1 package orange Jell-O

    1/2 cup boiling water

    1/2 cup cold water

    1 small cont Cool Whip

1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding

    1 teaspoon vanilla

    orange flavoring

    ***ICING***

    1 package instant vanilla pudding

    1 1/2 cups milk

    orange flavoring

    Cool Whip

Mix cake as directed on box for a 9x12 inch pan. Cool. Punch holes with meat fork. Mix Jell-O with boiling water and cold water; pour over cake. Refrigerate cake for 1 hour to set.

ICING: Mix pudding with milk. Add a few drops of orange flavoring to taste; then fold in Cool Whip; frost as thick as you like. Keep refrigerated.

Note: I have used the lemon, cherry chip and strawberry cake mixes. Also try a white cake and use different Jell-Os and flavorings, i.e., pineapple Jell-O and then put crushed pineapple on top of Cool Whip.

    Pig Cake

Drain pineapple and retain the juice.Pour pineapple juice in with dry pudding mix, and beat until thick. Fold in Cool Whip®. Fold in crushed pineapple. Frost cake and then refrigerate. The reason it's called Pig Cake, is because you won't be able to stop at 1 piece.

    Hummingbird Cake

    12 to 16 servings

    --------------------------------------...

1 package (18.25 ounces) yellow cake mix

1 package (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix

    1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained with juice reserved

    4 eggs

    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 medium-sized ripe banana, cut up

    1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries, well drained

1/3 cup prepared cream cheese frosting

    --------------------------------------...

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat a 10-inch Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    2. In a large bowl, combine the cake and pudding mixes, the oil, pineapple, eggs, and cinnamon. Add enough water to the reserved pineapple juice to make 1 cup; add it to the bowl then beat with an electric beater until mixture is thoroughly combined.

    3. Stir in the banana, pecans, and cherries; mix well then pour into the pan.

    4. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for 20 to 25 minutes then invert onto a serving plate. Let cool completely.

    5. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the cream cheese frosting for 10 to 15 seconds. Stir until smooth and pourable then drizzle over the cooled cake before slicing.
