Looking for a renaissance chess set with a castle on an elephant rook - think a U.S. co. made it around 1960?

Chess set was red & white, knight was in armor atop a horse, bishop had pointed hat. King & queen looked like a real King & queen. King approx. 3 1/2" tall. plastic, weighted, felt bases. Wondering who made it & where I can find one, or very similar. Thanks for any info.

Not an answer, but a little more information about the set.

I was very happy to see your query as it perfectly describes the chess set my father used to teach me chess with. This would have been about 1950, and my memory is that it was not new then. That particular set long ago disappered, and I would like very much like to find another set of the same design.
