  1. Okay this might be a daft question (bear in mind: I'm not American!) but why does the school have to be accredited in Louisiana?! Isn't that just the same as me saying that if I choose to do the HSC (school leaving exams/university entrance ratings), I have to do my own State's version of the exams?! And not the HSC as it exists in other States in the Commonwealth?!

As long as the school/course/diploma/exams are accredited somewhere in America, isn't that the same thing?

Even if you plan to live your whole life in Louisiana...work there...go to Uni there...surely employers/F.E./H.E. have to equally recognise an accredited qualification from any State in America - otherwise no-one would ever be able to move out of State! Plus it would be discrimination to demand or favour one State's diplomas over another...and I'm sure that the very nation that has inflicted the curse of political correctness on the rest of us wouldn't dream of discriminating.

  2. Try http://www.louisianavirtualschool.net/ . Looks like it's online public school for Louisiana.

  3. As far as I know, Keystone National High School is accredited in all 50 states.

(It does cost rather a lot, though; if you are a Louisiana resident, Glurpy's answer should be free for you.)
