Looking for a scooter under 2K?

I want a scooter that goes at least 45 mph, dont care about the highway but I wanna be able to ride on the highest speed two lane roads. I want a reliable scooter not a pos that will break in a couple seconds

yoy will need one of more than 50 ccs. only a used one with lot of miles will be less then 2k.
