  1. Do NOT buy a Burton snowboard.  They are no good.

  2. Burtons and romes are good id kill for ether one

  3. hmmm... try Dickz Sporting goods

  4. If you only go three or so time a season then i probably wouldnt get a new board. i would consider buying a friends old one or something like that. snowboards arent cheap and if you only wanna spend 50 dollars its not worth it. bindings can be found on porterstahoe.com, i would look at the burton freestyle+; they are about 50-75 dollars..i cant remember... i got them when they first came out and i used them for two years until i had to buy a bigger binding. boots are most commonly around 100 to 125 dollars and boards go anywhere from (for a decent one) 200 to 1000 dollars plus.

  5. I really like the Ride Control and the Ride Agenda. They're pretty cheap, especially if you buy last year's model, it will DEFINITELY be in your price range.

  6. I have a Burton Charger, it is what many places use as their rental boards so they are durable.  I love it as it's very versatile for all types and levels of snowboarding.  Look on eBay and buy a used one - I got mine for about $50.

  7. I would suggest getting a previous year clearance price on a new board from a top manufacturer. You don't say what kind of riding you do, but you can always find summer clearance sales (50% off) at many different places:

    Freeride: Ride, K2, Nitro, Burton

Freestyle: Rome, K2, Gnu, Lib Tech

    Good Luck

  8. Hey dude check out these boards here... they are all 50% off and are shipped free in the US. I wouldnt really recommend buying something used because chances are it will not be the right size or style for you. Check out the Palmer P-Line, i think it is the best value in  snowboarding. http://www.sierrasnowboard.com/snowboard... Email me if you have anymore questions and i will be happy to help
